We offer a 100-day trial so you can experience the comfort and quality of our sofas at home. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it within this period.

To initiate a return, please email support@thegrowingsofa.com with your order number and a request to return the item. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

The product must be in its original condition, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after inspection.

Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. If you experience a problem covered by our policy, you are eligible for a free exchange within 30 days.
