Warranty, Exchange, and Return Policy
Para acionar a garantia (90 dias) ou solicitar troca/devolução (7 dias), o consumidor deve apresentar a nota fiscal e relatar o defeito ou motivo da troca dentro do prazo estipulado. Necessário envio de nota fiscal, foto e vídeo, e um breve relato sobre o motivo da troca ou devolução. Condições do Produto: O sofá deve ser devolvido nas mesmas condições em que foi recebido, sem sinais de uso.
If you wish to return your sofa within 10 days of receipt, it is important that the product remains in the same condition as delivered, with no signs of use or damage. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate the refund process. The refund period begins from the date the sofa is returned and processed by our team.
If the sofa is in perfect condition and the customer wishes to exchange it for personal reasons, such as dissatisfaction with the model or color, or to include FastClick on the armrest (as this accessory is not included), the exchange can be made upon payment of two shipping fees: one for pickup and one for delivery.

Warranty Period: We provide a 7-Month (90 DAYS) warranty starting from the date of receipt of the product (not from the date it was removed from the box).
Coverage: We cover manufacturing defects and workmanship issues, allowing the customer to exchange the product at no cost. The exchange period is 30 days. The warranty does not entitle the customer to a refund, only an exchange.
Not Covered: Damages caused by misuse, accidents, natural wear and tear, or damage caused by pets.
Note: If the customer has had the product waterproofed, they may still claim the warranty for manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. However, we are not responsible for the cost of the waterproofing service.
It is important to note that our warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, product abuse, improper cleaning, or any other condition not considered a manufacturing defect. Additionally, the warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear resulting from regular use of the product.
For daily cleaning, use a vacuum cleaner with an upholstery nozzle to remove dust and keep the fabric looking nice.
If you spill something, quickly use a dry cloth to absorb the excess. For stains, a gentle mix of water and neutral soap can help. Remember: do not rub, just gently dab.
Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.
For deeper cleaning, since our sofa does not have removable covers, we recommend hiring a professional. They have the tools needed to restore your sofa to like-new condition without risk.
