Returns and Cancellations
To initiate the return process, contact us at +1 (561)-879-8972 or email support@thegrowingsofa.com, and our costumer service support will assist you in scheduling the product pickup and proceeding with a full refund.
You can request the cancellation of your order at any time before the product is shipped. After shipment, cancellation can only be made after receiving the product and within the 100-Days trial period.

Warranty Policy
All products come with a Lifetime Manufacturer’s Warranty, except for outdoor products, which are covered by a 5-Year Warranty.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues related to product quality.
